We had some difficulties with the tenant in the house I was buying and she was the one constant communication. I can't begin to tell you how great she really is. I had a great experience with Heather. The home I purchased had a contract but we stayed in touch and I was able to secure the home when the other buyers didn't follow through. She was a wealth of information for inspectors, electricians, plumbers, insurance referrals, handyman etc. She even put together a chart of home warranties. She was always available to answer my questions and showed me a video tour as I was purchasing from another state. She picked up my mother to show her the house as well. The close was smooth and even afterward, Heather was there always to help me in every way I asked. She showed excellent knowledge of the market and the process. I am a realtor in Florida so know a professional when I see one. She introduced me to the seller so I had an additional resource for any questions/concerns.
